AIR FRYER BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER WINGS

It takes less than half an hour to prepare these Buffalo Cauliflower Wings in the Air Fryer, and they are both simple and tasty. The appetiser of buffalo cauliflower bites is suitable for being served at any time of the year. It is a terrific way to sneak in some vegetables while enjoying the flavours you love, and they are so addicting that you can’t stop eating them.

What’s even better is that these cauliflower wings are low in carbohydrates and are ideal for the ketogenic diet. And there is no gluten in it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head / 12 oz /350 grams Cauliflower
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour use more if needed
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp each of Salt & Black Pepper or to taste

Buffalo Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce

Method:

  1. Getting the Cauliflower Ready to Eat
  2. The cauliflower should first be washed in a kitchen colander and then dried until it is fully dry. The cauliflower should now be cored.
  3. Take off the tough stem and the leaves that are located at the base.
  4. In addition, chop it into florets that are of a bite-sized medium. Leave them in a basin for later use.
  5. Cauliflower that has been breaded for air-frying
  6. Put the egg in a mixing bowl and give it a gentle beating with two tablespoons of water. In a separate bowl, combine the following ingredients: almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  7. Now, using kitchen tongs, dip each floret into the egg mixture, and then coat them in the almond flour mixture. Do this as many times as you want. Note: Because almond flour has a tendency to clump together quickly, you should exercise caution while coating in almond flour. Therefore, if you are going to use all-purpose flour, you should roll them in the APF mixture.
  8. Now place these florets that have been coated on a dish that has been well cleaned. In addition, use the Air Fryer Parchment Paper to line the basket of the Air Fryer apparatus.
  9. The cauliflower florets that have been coated should be placed in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer that has been lined with parchment paper when you are ready to air fry them. Oil should be sprayed on top. 12-minute air fry at 390 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure that the food cooks evenly, flip it every seven to eight minutes.

The preparation of Buffalo sauce using a frying pan:
