Ingredients For Air Fryer Fish Fingers
- 1 pound cod fillets
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- cooking spray
Instructions For Air Fryer Fish Fingers
- Set an air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 200 degrees Celsius.
- Dry the fish with paper towels, then cut into sticks about 1×3 inches.
- Transfer flour into a small bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, beat the egg. In a third shallow dish, mix panko, Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, and pepper.
- Every fish stick should be coated with flour, beaten egg, and seasoned panko mixture in order of application.
- Coat the air fryer’s basket with nonstick frying spray. Make sure no two sticks contact when you arrange half of the sticks in the basket. Coat each stick by spritzing it with cooking spray.
- Cook for five minutes in the preheated air fryer. After five more minutes of cooking, flip the fish sticks. Continue with the remaining fish sticks.
