- Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Method:
- The batter should be prepared in five minutes.
- Mix the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla essence well in a medium-sized bowl.
- Mix well after adding the sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in the flour gradually until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- The Air Fryer has to be preheated (3 minutes): For around three minutes, preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Take two minutes to prepare the batter for air frying.
- Once the batter mixture is filled, close the gallon-sized Ziplock bag.
Make a tiny hole in one of the bag’s bottom corners to serve as a temporary piping bag. - After 10 minutes, cook the funnel cake bites:
- Apply a thin layer of cooking spray or gently brush the air fryer basket with vegetable oil.
- With a little space between each, pipe little circles or bite-sized batter forms into the air fryer basket.
- For about five to six minutes, or until the underside is golden brown, air fried at 375°F (190°C).
- After turning the bites over, heat for a further four to five minutes, or until the opposite side is well browned and the bites are thoroughly cooked.
Serve:
After taking the funnel cake bits out of the air fryer, set them on paper towels to absorb any remaining oil.
Apply a good amount of powdered sugar.
