INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
METHOD:
- Set the Air Fryer’s Temperature to 325°F (160°C) before using it.
Get the batter ready:
- Combine the flour, brown sugar, and chopped pecans in a medium-sized bowl.
- Beat the eggs and softened butter together until smooth in a another bowl.
- Stirring until just incorporated, gradually whisk the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Get the muffin cups ready:
- Grease small oven-safe ramekins or silicone muffin cups generously with butter or nonstick spray.
Put Muffin Cups Filling:
Pour the mixture into the muffin tins, filling each to approximately two thirds of the way.
Fry the Muffins by Air:
