INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 18 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructios:
- Set oven temperature to 350º F. Grease a loaf pan measuring 9 by 5 inches with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese, and sugar with an electric mixer. Beat in vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
- The baking soda, flour, and salt should be combined in a separate basin. After mixed, gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet components. Make care to whisk everything until it’s well incorporated.
- Before you transfer the mixture into the baking dish that has been prepared, you should gently fold in the cranberries.
- It’s baking time! After placing your bread in the oven, bake it for 60 to 70 minutes. Once it’s done, insert a toothpick into the middle to confirm. You may take it out of the oven if it comes out clean. Remember to give it a good 15 minutes to simmer before serving.

1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
7. Pour the batter into a greased Air Fryer basket or a small loaf pan.
8. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
9. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

– Don’t overmix the batter to prevent a dense loaf.
– If using frozen cranberries, thaw and pat dry with paper towels before using.
