Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower in the Air Fryer
Take your cauliflower to the next level with this recipe that is both simple and delicious. Using an air fryer gives it a very crisp texture, and the addition of paprika and Parmesan gives it a savoury kick. It is ideal for use as a nutritious snack or as a side dish.
Components or components
- cauliflower florets, three to four cups
- A quarter cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1.5 milligrammes of paprika
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- melted butter equalling two tablespoons
Details to follow
First, preheat the air fryer.
- Preheat your air fryer for three minutes at a temperature of 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
Cook the Cauliflower as follows:
- Coat the cauliflower florets with the melted butter by tossing them in a big bowl until they are well covered.
Salt and pepper the cauliflower:
- Put the shredded Parmesan cheese, paprika, and black pepper into a separate bowl and mix them both together.
- After the cauliflower has been coated in butter, sprinkle the cheese mixture over it and toss it to ensure that it is well distributed.
Sauté the Cauliflower in the Air:
- Olive oil should be sprayed onto the crisper plate of the air fryer to prevent food from sticking.
- Make sure that the cauliflower florets are arranged in a single layer inside the basket of the air fryer. The crispiness of the florets can be improved by lightly spraying them with olive oil.
- Cook at 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for around fifteen to twenty minutes, stirring the basket or flipping the florets so that they cook evenly.
Provide:
- Take the cauliflower out of the air fryer once it has reached a golden brown colour and a distinct crispiness.
- Enjoy while it’s still hot!
