COMPOSITION
- Pillsbury Grands Biscuits, 8-Count Can
- Sauce for Pizza
- Add some pepperoni
- Cheese Shredded Mozzarella
DIRECTIONS
- Remove the biscuits from the can and use a roller or your hand to flatten the dough into thin slices.
- Each flattened biscuit should have a small amount of cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce added to it. Leave a small space on the side to close.
- Put another biscuit on top of the first one without any toppings, pressing the dough to fill the space and create a pocket.
- Press a fork down around the edges to seal the sides.
- Put as many pockets as possible—my air fryer generally holds two—into a greased air fryer.
- Apply a thin layer of olive oil to the pockets’ tops.
- Coat in cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Use the air fryer to cook for four to five minutes at 360°F.
- After it goes off, turn it over gently and cook the other side for a further four to five minutes.
- When they’re done, they should be well browned; serve.
- If necessary, you can slice them open to further cook the insides if you’d like.
