Heavenly Blueberry Cream Pie


  1. 1 tablespoon sugar; 4 big eggs
  2. A small amount of salt
  3. 400ml of milk and 180g of flour
  4. 30 grams of melted butter
  5. Four hundred grams of cream cheese
  6. 2-4 tablespoons of sugar powder (to taste)
  7. 200ml (33–36%) of thick cream
  8. One hundred grams of blueberries


  • Beat eggs, sugar, and a small amount of salt together.
  • Add the milk and flour gradually and stir until smooth.
  • After adding the melted butter, give the dough ten minutes to rest.
  • Turn the oven on to 190°C.
  • Spoon the reconstituted dough into a baking dish and bake until golden, 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy in a another bowl.
  • Fold the heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture after whipping it until stiff peaks form.
  • Cover the chilled pie shell with the cream mixture.
    Add some fresh blueberries on top.
