Keto Beef and Broccoli

This wonderful restaurant-style stir-fry, made without carbs but with all the flavour, is made with keto beef and broccoli! Kid-friendly and ready in less than 20 minutes!

Ingredients For Keto Beef and Broccoli

  1. 2 pounds of flank beef
  2. 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  3. 1/2 cup soy sauce (liquid aminos can be used)
  4. One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  5. two tablespoons of minced garli
  6. , four cups of chopped broccoli
  7. two tablespoons of sesame oil
  1. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces by slicing it against the grain. Transfer to a mixing basin.
  2. Combine the coconut oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl and well combine. To make sure the sauce coats the entire steak, pour over it.
  3. Melt one tablespoon of sesame oil in a nonstick pan. Add half of the sauce and your marinated meat once it’s heated through. The steak should sear for five minutes, flipping it halfway through, to cook both sides.
  4. After adding the broccoli and the remaining sauce, add the second tablespoon of sesame oil. Simmer the broccoli for five minutes, or until it is soft. Once the broccoli reaches the appropriate texture, turn the heat down to low and boil it for another few minutes.
STORE: Covered containers should be kept in the refrigerator to preserve leftovers. You may store the stir fry in the fridge for up to a week.
TO FREEZE: You can freeze leftovers for up to six months in the freezer. They can’t be frozen, so make sure to store them in single or large amounts.
