Quick and Irresistible No-Bake Chocolate Walnut Cake


  1. 400-gram biscuits
  2. 100g of walnuts, with some set aside for garnish
  3. 10g of vanilla sugar
  4. and 50g of sugar
  5. 50 grams of cocoa
  6. 200 milliliters of milk
  7. 120g of butter
  8. 120g of chocolate
  9. 100g of cream
  10. 40g white chocolate plus 1 tablespoon cream


  • 400g of biscuits should be broken up into little pieces and put aside.
  • Finely grind 100g of walnuts, keeping aside a few for the garnish.
  • Heat 200ml of milk in a saucepan over a medium heat.
  • To the milk, add 50g sugar, 10g vanilla sugar, and 50g cocoa. After thoroughly mixing, simmer.
  • Melt the 120g of butter by stirring it into the milk mixture.
  • After turning off the heat, pour 120g of chocolate into the pot. Stir the chocolate until it melts completely.
  • Cover the broken biscuits with the chocolate mixture, then sprinkle with the finely ground walnuts. Stir well.
  • Pour 100g of cream over 40g of white chocolate and 1 tbsp of cream after heating it in a separate pot until it begins to steam. Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Layer the white chocolate ganache and the chocolate-biscuit mixture in turn in a cake form.
  • The cake has to set in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  • Add the saved walnuts as a garnish.
