  1. For the Layer of Tangerine:
  2. Agar agar, 14g (0.5 ounce)
  3. 60g (2.1 oz) of sugar
  4. One liter (34 fl oz) of milk
  5. Five oranges

Regarding the Layer of Chocolate:

  1. 150ml (5.1 fl oz) of milk
  2. 130g (4.6 oz) of dark chocolate
  3. 40 grams (1.4 ounces) of sugar
  4. Agar agar (8 g; 0.3 ounce).
  5. 25g (0.9 oz) of cocoa

Regarding the beverage:

  1. Nutella, 25g (0.9 oz)
  2. Coffee in 100ml (3.4 fl oz)
  3. 300ml (10 fl oz) of milk


Layer of Tangerine:

  • After peeling, cut the tangerines into pieces.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, dissolve the agar agar and sugar; stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
  • Transfer the milk mixture into molds or serving glasses.
    Top with tangerine segments and chill until solid.

Layer of Chocolate:

  • Mix the milk, sugar, cocoa, agar agar, and dark chocolate in a separate pot.
  • Warmth and whisk until the mixture thickens and everything has melted.
  • Pour this chocolate layer gently on top of the tangerine layer that has hardened.
  • Put it in the fridge to solidify.


  • Put the milk, coffee, and Nutella in a saucepan. Stir and heat until thoroughly combined.
  • Fill mugs with the Nutella coffee.
