INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions for the Sauce:
- Combine the wing sauce and the dipping sauce, then set them aside. In addition, I have occasionally used ranch dressing as a dip, although this is contingent upon whether or not I have avocado on hand.
Directions for Pan-Fried Food:
- Before seasoning the wings with salt and black pepper, pat them dry.
- Warm the oil in a big, deep skillet that is approximately two inches deep but shouldn’t be more than half filled.
- Fry the wings in oil, turning them over to cook the other side, for approximately 25 to 35 minutes, depending on the side of the wings, or until they are browned and crisp and have an internal temperature that is over 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- The wings should be drained on paper towels and then kept warm.
- The wings should be coated with the sauce, and they should be served with celery sticks and dipping sauce.
Directions for the Air Fryer:
- Make sure the grill pan of your Beeville Smart Air Oven is lined with nonstick foil and placed on tier 7-8.
- Air fryer backer made of mesh should be sprayed with nonstick spray and then placed on shelf 2-3.
After rinsing, pat the wings dry.
- To ensure that the wings are evenly coated, sprinkle them with seasonings, drizzle them with two teaspoons of olive oil, and toss them.
The mesh should be placed in a single layer.
- Air fried for thirty minutes at a temperature of four hundred twenty-five degrees Fahrenheit, flipping the food many times while it is cooking.
- Brush wings with the sauce.
