Zucchini Garlic Bites

THE INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup of shredded zucchini 1 cup
  2. grated garlic clove number one
  3. Half a cup of breadcrumbs
  4. a half cup of grated parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  5. a one big egg, beaten
  6. a total of two tablespoons of minced fresh chives
  7. 1. One tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped very coarsely
  8. a half teaspoon of salt
  9. Black pepper, one-half of a teaspoon

THE READYING OF

  • Put a baking sheet with a rim and line it with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Put aside for later.
  • Following the grating of the zucchini, transfer it to a clean towel. Towel should be bundled up and any extra moisture should be squeezed out.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the following ingredients: garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. Add the zucchini that has been pressed. After thoroughly combining, mix.
  • In tablespoonfuls, scoop out the mixture, shape it into balls, and lay them on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
  • After 15–18 minutes, the oven should be golden brown. Apply a coating of ranch or marinara sauce. Have fun!
