SOFT AND FLUFFY HOMEMADE BREAD Enjoyed warm from the oven with soft butter, toasted and slathered with jam or honey, or used days later for French toast or bread pudding, this bread is so soft that it almost seems like a cloud.
This bread recipe is my favourite since it’s fluffy and soft yet still quite manageable to deal with dough. The bread freezes beautifully for several days, and the leftovers create the most delicious garlic bread. I usually bake one loaf at a time and freeze the second one for a later date.
