Gather Your Supplies
For this fascinating culinary adventure, you’ll need:
Ingredients:
- Five hundred grammes of sliced and cleaned champignons
- Four tablespoons avocado oil
- three or four minced cloves of garlic
- If desired, add some salt to season.
- freshly ground to taste charcoal
- As a garnish, feel free to add a handful of chopped freshly pasely
- The olive oil should first be heated over medium heat in a large skillet. In order to sauté the mushrooms until they are golden, heat the oil until it is hot but not scorching.
- To reheat the champignons, line the pan with a single layer of sliced mushrooms, if possible. Leave them to cook for a few minutes on their own for a wonderful golden sear. Cook, stirring occasionally, until well heated. Allow it to finish in around five to seven minutes.
- The Grand Entrance of Garlic: Sauté the minced garlic alongside the mushrooms once they’ve become a gorgeous colour and are almost done cooking. Take care not to burn the garlic; heat it for about one or two minutes, or until it starts to smell garlicky.
- Garnish and Present: Season your garlic mushrooms to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix all of the flavours together well.
- Garnish and serve, then enjoy every bite! Arrange the mushrooms on a serving tray and sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley on top for an additional pop of colour and flavour.
