Chicken Chop Suey

Tender chicken, crisp vegetables, savory soy sauce and sweet honey, with ginger’s spicy warmth and garlic’s depth. Spring onions add crunchy freshness. Bean sprouts burst with juicy texture. Stir-fried perfection in every bite. This dish is utterly delicious, and quick and easy to make!

Ingredients:
• 400g (14oz) boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced into bite-sized chunks🍗
• 455g (1lb) raw bean sprouts
• 100g (3.5oz) carrots, julienned🥕
• 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped🧄
• 1 knob of fresh ginger, sliced thinly
• 5 spring onions, sliced diagonally into strips
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey🍯
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• ⅓ cup (80ml) water🍶
• Salt and black pepper, to taste🧂
• Olive oil

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
• Slice chicken into bite-sized chunks.
• Slice carrots and ginger; chop garlic.
• Slice spring onions diagonally.
Step 2: Cook Chicken
• Heat skillet/wok; pour olive oil.
• Add chicken; season salt/pepper.
• Stir-fry 5-7 minutes; set aside.
Step 3: Cook Vegetables
• Add garlic/ginger; stir-fry 30 seconds.
• Add carrots; cook 2-3 minutes.
• Add spring onions; cook 1 minute.
Step 4: Combine Chicken/Vegetables
• Return chicken to skillet.
• Add bean sprouts; stir.
Step 5: Make Sauce
• Mix soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, water.
Step 6: Simmer/Serve
• Pour sauce over mixture.
• Simmer 3-5 minutes; adjust seasoning.
• Serve in a dish.
