Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Components:

  1. Four skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  2. Two tsp olive oil
  3. four minced garlic cloves
  4. One cup of heavy cream
  5. One cup of chicken broth
  6. Grate 1 cup of Parmesan cheese fresh.
  7. One tsp of Italian spice
  8. One tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  9. To taste, add salt and pepper.

Guidelines:

  • Season the chicken: Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken by heating the olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat. When the chicken breasts are golden brown and well cooked, add them and cook for five to seven minutes on each side. After taking the chicken out of the skillet, set it aside.
  • To make the garlic sauce, add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté it for one to two minutes, or until it becomes aromatic.
  • Include the liquids: After adding the heavy cream and chicken broth, thoroughly whisk. Allow the sauce to slightly decrease by simmering it for two to three minutes.
  • Season with Italian seasoning and add Parmesan cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Stirring often, allow the sauce to thicken for three to five minutes.
  • Put the cooked chicken breasts back into the skillet and cover them with the creamy sauce. Simmer everything for a few more minutes to ensure it’s thoroughly heated.
  • Serve with garnish: Take off the heat source and sprinkle some finely chopped parsley on top.

Serve this creamy recipe over rice, spaghetti, or mashed potatoes for a delicious and impressive dinner!
