Method:

Get the Filling Ready:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and onion and sauté until tender.
  2. Add the paprika, salt, pepper, and ground meat. Sauté till browned. Remove any extra fat.
  3. When the potatoes are soft, add the diced ones and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes. Allow it to cool a little.

Prepare the Dough:

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast in a big basin.
Combine the egg, melted butter, and heated milk in a separate bowl. Mixing until a dough forms, pour the wet components into the dry ingredients.
  2. Until the dough is smooth and elastic, knead it for five to seven minutes on a floured surface. Once it’s doubled in size,
  3. put it in a bowl that has been oiled, cover it, and let it rise for approximately an hour.

Put the Rolls Together:

  1. Turn the oven on to 375°F (190°C) and lightly oil a baking sheet.
  2. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal sections (approximately 8–10) after it has risen.
  3. Put a tablespoon of the meat and potato mixture in the centre of each part after rolling it into a circle. To seal and form the edges into a roll, fold them over.
  4. After the baking sheet is ready, place the rolls seam-side down.

Allow to Rise Once More:

  1. For a further thirty minutes, cover the rolls with a fresh towel and allow them to rise.
  2. Bake: If preferred, add sesame seeds over the tops after brushing them with beaten egg. Bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes, until golden brown.
  3. Allowing the rolls to cool somewhat is recommended before serving. Warm them up and enjoy!
