Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry in Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
• 3 cups broccoli florets 🥦
• 4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp honey 🍯
• 1 tbsp cornstarch 🥣
• 1/4 cup water🍶
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2️⃣ Then, add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
3️⃣ Next, add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water to make the garlic sauce.
4️⃣ Pour the sauce over the shrimp and broccoli mixture, and stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
