Ingredients:
• One 10 oz box of frozen chopped spinach🥬
• 8 oz mushrooms
• 1 clove garlic, minced🧄
• 1/8 tsp salt🧂
• 1 tbsp olive oil, divided
• 2 oz feta cheese🧀
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese🧀
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese🧀
• 4 large eggs🥚
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 cup milk🥛

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat Oven
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Prepare Spinach
• Thaw and squeeze moisture from spinach.
Step 3: Prepare Mushrooms
• Rinse and slice mushrooms thinly.
• Mince garlic.
Step 4: Sauté Mushrooms
