- Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 glasses of flour

Instructions:

- Let’s softly press it after folding it from the opposite sides.
- Let’s coat the edges of the pastries we made with sesame seeds and then with egg white
- Let’s put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Let’s use a fork to push it into form after brushing it with egg yolk
- Let’s bake at 180 degrees Celsius, up and down, in a preheated oven, until golden brown.
