Components:

  1. – Twelve large button, cremini, or portobello mushrooms
  2. – Three chopped garlic cloves
  3. – Half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, or any other cheese of your choice
  4. – Grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup
  5. – One tablespoon of butter
  6. – Add salt and pepper to taste – Garnish with chopped thyme or parsley

Guidelines:

  • Set the air fryer’s temperature to 375°F, or 190°C.
  • Scrape out the insides and remove the stems to clean and ready the mushrooms.
  • Combine the Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  • Gently stir in the butter after adding it to the cheese mixture.
  • Evenly distribute the cheese mixture among the mushroom caps by stuffing each one.
  • To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning.
  • Pack the packed mushrooms into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Simmer for five to seven minutes, or until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown, and the mushrooms are soft.After half of the cooking time, shake the basket.
  • If preferred, garnish with chopped thyme or parsley.
  • Present heated and savour!
