Air Fryer Sultana Scones
ingredients
- 170 grammes of SR flour. 1/8 teaspoon of salt. 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- * Forty grammes of butter or oil (not extra virgin olive oil, as it has a very strong flavour)
- * Thirty grammes of sugar
- * Ninety grammes of kefir (or milk, yoghurt, or a combination of the three)
- * Forty grammes of raisins

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for five minutes. While this is going on, use a fork to combine all of the ingredients. Using your hands, gently gather the ingredients together into a ball and shape them into the desired form by applying a tiny amount of pressure. Make a cutout and add it straight to the base of the AF. For eight minutes at a temperature of two hundred, then turn the pan over gently for one or two minutes to finish the bottoms.
- When it comes to this dish, I find that using oil rather than butter yields superior results. Using vegetable oil is effective.
