Air Fryer Mini Pizzas
Mini pizzas cooked in the air fryer are the ideal rapid and simple lunch or snack. These little pizzas have Grands Biscuits as the base and are topped with marinara sauce, pepperoni, sausage and luscious mozzarella cheese. They are perfect for a quick and delectable snack because they cook rapidly in the air fryer.
Components
- Grands Biscuits, one can
- For rolling, use two teaspoons of all-purpose flour.
- One or two tsp olive oil
- One cup of marinara sauce
- One-half-pound prepared sausage
- 4 ounces of slices of pepperoni
- Eight ounces of mozzarella cheese, shredded
Guidelines
Warm up:
- For five minutes, preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Get the dough ready:
- Divide each biscuit into two halves.
- Roll each biscuit half into a circle about 3 inches in diameter with a rolling pin after lightly flouring a cutting board.
- Put the Pizzas Together:
- Add two teaspoons of marinara sauce to the top of each dough circle.
- After adding the sausage and pepperoni, cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cook:
- Apply a thin layer of olive oil by brushing or spraying the air fryer basket.
- After transferring the pizzas with a spatula into the air fryer basket, cook two or three at a time, leaving space between them.
- Cook at 400°F for 4 minutes, or until golden brown.
Again:
- After cooking, transfer the pizzas to a wire rack and continue with the remaining ingredients.
Serve:
- Serve the tiny pizzas right away, or let them cool fully on a wire rack before putting them in the fridge.
