Air-Fried Butter Cake

Air-Fried Butter Cake

The hardest part of making this simple butter cake was locating a cake pan that would fit into the air fryer. I used a ring tin, which works incredibly well and accelerates the cooking process. Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar on top.

Components

  1. Seven tsp room-temperature butter
  2. Half a cup of white sugar
  3. Two tsp of white sugar
  4. One egg
  5. 1 ⅔ cups flour for all purposes
  6. one dash of salt, or to taste
  7. Six teaspoons of milk

Directions

  • Set an air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 180 degrees Celsius. Apply cooking spray to a small fluted tube pan.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat butter and 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar in a bowl until light and creamy. Blend the egg until it becomes light and fluffy. Add salt and flour and stir. Pour in milk and fully combine batter. Pour batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
  • Put the pan inside the basket of the air fryer. For fifteen minutes, set the timer. A toothpick put into the cake should come out clean after baking.
  • After removing the cake from the pan, give it five minutes to cool.
