Thus, the hunt got underway. I wanted to try cooking acorn squash in the air fryer, and I have to tell that it works really well! One of those vegetables that you can roast in the air fryer with salt, pepper, and olive oil till it always comes out perfectly is acorn squash!

Components

  1. One acorn squash
  2. two tsp butter
  3. Two tsp of brown sugar
  4. one tsp finely ground cinnamon
  5. 1/4 tsp salt

Guidelines

  • Segment the squash lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
  • Next, in a separate bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Next, brush the acorn squash with a pastry brush.
  • Place the acorn squash inside the air fryer and cook it for 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
