Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded and separated into two parts.
  2. 3 cups of cooked chicken, shredded.
  3. 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix
  4. 2 cans of chicken soup with cream
  5. 1/4 cup of bacon, cooked and crumbled.
  6. One and a half cups of sour cream.
  7. 12 ounces. I used a 12oz can of refrigerated biscuits.
  8. How to Prepare a Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Instructions:

  1. Set oven temperature to 350°F.
  2. Mix the sour cream, soups, bacon, chicken, Ranch seasoning, and one cup of cheddar cheese in a basin.
  3. Divide the biscuits into four equal halves.
  4. Gently combine the chicken mixture with the biscuit pieces.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 baking dish that has been buttered, and then top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for twenty to thirty-five minutes.
