Ingredients for Yummy Air Fryer Cookie
- Two tsp of melted butter
- Two tsp of brown sugar
- One spoonful of sugar, granulated
- One sizeable yolk from an egg
- One-half teaspoon of vanilla
- ⅓ cup flour plus 1 tablespoon
- One-eighth teaspoon of baking soda
- One-eighth teaspoon of salt
- A quarter cup of chocolate chips
Instructions for Yummy Air Fryer Cookie
- Set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; swirl to blend.
- Mix well after adding the egg yolk and vanilla.
- To make a dough, stir in the salt, baking soda, and flour.
- Add the chocolate chunks and stir.
- Form the dough into a huge ball and gently press it into the shape of a ball, approximately 4 inches in diameter.
- The cookie dough should be placed in the middle of the hot air fryer
- Basket after a piece of parchment paper has been carefully placed within. Make sure the parchment is big enough to allow for some spreading since the dough will expand a little.
- Five minutes of air fry time.
- Before serving, let cool for five minutes.
NOTES: This recipe yields a single, large cookie. If you’d like, you may divide the dough in half to create two cookies. To keep the centers gooey, cook for 4 minutes as opposed to 5.
