Components
- Slicing one large onion for roasting
- Two tsp olive oil
- One tsp of powdered sugar
- One tsp of kosher salt
- Half a teaspoon of kosher salt
- Two skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Guidelines
- Cut the onions into thin pieces first.
- In a small bowl, toss the sliced onions with the olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. The coated onions should then be distributed in either air fryer basket. or for five to seven minutes, adjust the air fryer tray’s temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. (Selection for air fryer)
- Apply a layer of olive oil to your chicken breast, sprinkle it with salt and pepper, then air fried it for seven to nine minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.(Selection for air fryer)
- Place the caramelized onions on top of the chicken.
- Place the sliced fontina cheese on top of the caramelized onions and use the air fryer setting at 350 degrees F for one to two minutes, or until the cheese melts.
