Components
- Eight ounces of button mushrooms

- Chop the garlic, onions, and mushrooms. Add the olive oil to a small skillet, heat it until it’s hot, then add the onions and sauté them until they become translucent. roughly five minutes. Next, include the garlic, salt, black pepper, and mushrooms. Saute for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender. Spoon the veggie mixture into a small bowl and stir in the sage.
- Mix the milk and breadcrumbs thoroughly in a separate bowl. Then, add the eggs and stir one more.
- Mix in the vegetable mixture after folding in the ground turkey.
- Transfer the combination of meats into a small loaf pan.
- Combine the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup in a separate bowl for the topping.
- Set your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for five minutes. Place your loaf in, check its internal temperature, and set a timer for 20 to 30 minutes. The precise cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the meatloaf, the size of the pan, and the type of air fryer you are using. Prior to removal, the interior temperature must reach 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Aim for 165 degrees F. Once you get there, add the topping and continue air fry-frying for an additional five minutes.
