INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup warm water (200 ml)
- 1 tbsp yeast (10 grams)
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (60 ml)
- 1 cup warm milk (200 ml)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 cups of flour (600 grams) + additional 30-50 grams for working with the dough
- 100 grams butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Put the sugar, yeast, and warm water in a basin. After ten minutes, let it sit until foamy.
- To the yeast mixture, add salt, warm milk, and vegetable oil.
- Add the flour little by little until a dough forms.
- Until the dough is smooth, knead it for five to seven minutes on a floured surface.
- After the dough has doubled in size, place it in a basin that has been oiled, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for one to two hours.
- Set the oven temperature to 180°C (356°F).
- Roll out the dough by dividing it into equal sections
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Melt the butter and brush it over the rolls.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
