CHEESE CHICKEN NUGGETS

To give it tones of flavour, it’s created using boneless, skinless chicken breast, mozzarella, Parmesan, and a tone of seasonings and spices!
* Ingredients for chicken nuggets:
- °3 big chicken breasts weighing 1 1/2 pounds
- °2 big eggs
- °1/3 cup of mayonnaise
- °1/3 cup gluten-free potato starch, cornflour, or all-purpose flour
- °4 ounces grated mozzarella (1/3 cup)
- °1 1/2 tsp freshly chopped dill
- 1/2 tsp salt, or according your taste
- °1/8 teaspoon peppercorns
- °2 tsp light olive oil (or any other high-heat cooking oil) for frying
- *Garlic aioli ingredients (optional)
- °1/3 cup of mayonnaise
- °1 clove of squeezed garlic
- A half-tsp of lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- °1/8 teaspoon peppercorns
PREPRATION:
- Cut the chicken into third-thick pieces with a sharp knife and transfer to a large mixing bowl. A helpful hint would be to partly freeze the chicken breasts so that chopping them up will be simpler.
- Add the other ingredients for the batter to a mixing bowl. two eggs, one and a half tablespoons of dill, one and a half cups of flour, one and a half cups of mayonnaise, and one and a half teaspoons of salt. Eight milligram’s of black pepper, or to taste.
- Mix thoroughly, place a plastic wrap over it, and chill for two or three hours.
