Air Fried mini Pineapple upside down cakes
Components
- Yellow cake mix, one box size
Instead of water, try substituting pineapple juice. - One egg
- 11 pineapple rings that have been pickled
- The eleven maraschino cherries
- 11 teaspoons of butter or margarine butter 1 for each ramekin
- 22 tablespoons of sugar that is brown With each ramekin, two teaspoons
Details to follow
- You prepare the cake mix in accordance with the instructions on the box, with the exception of substituting water for pineapple juice.
- After that, after the batter has been combined, grease your ramekin and place one tablespoon of melted butter in the bottom of the ramekin.
- Add two tablespoons to the top. Brown sugar, followed by a slice of pineapple, and a marachino cherry placed in the centre of the dessert.
- The ramekin should be filled with cake batter, and then it should be baked.
- My air fryer is a Ninja type with two drawers, and I have two in each of those drawers. That is, bake four at a time. For around sixteen minutes, these were baked at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Notes on the dish
- Corningware casserole dishes and glassware ramekins are the types of plates that I use in the air fryer. Despite the fact that my Pyrex are much too large for my AF, I would most certainly use them if I had smaller ones.
