Air Fryer Baked Apple Pie
ingredients
- A total of four medium-sized apples, either Honeycrisp or Granny Smith,
- A quarter cup of granulated sugar
- half a cup of brown sugar
- 1 milligram of cinnamon
- a quarter of a teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- a tablespoon of unsalted butter
- 1 packet of pie crusts that have been refrigerated 2 crusts
- 1 egg, beaten, for the purpose of making egg wash
- When serving, you may choose to use powdered sugar,
- caramel sauce, or vanilla ice cream as an option.

Get the Apples Ready:
- Apples should be peeled, cored, and sliced very thinly.
- To make the apple sauce, combine the apples with the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Allow it to settle for approximately ten minutes.
Prepare the crust for the pie:
- Prepare one pie crust by rolling it out and placing it in the bottom of a pie pan that is compatible with the basket of your air fryer. Please remove any excess dough.
- Assemble the pie.
