- Then, combine the flour and baking powder in a medium-sized bowl.
- Mix the egg, Tabasco sauce, and buttermilk thoroughly in a separate mixing basin.
- To ensure that there is no remaining flour, shake the chicken after dipping it into the flour mixture.
- Shake off any extra buttermilk mixture after dipping the chicken in it.
