Blueberry Doughnuts Air-Fried –Nothing beats a warm, freshly made doughnut for breakfast. Nevertheless, I’m from Boston, where there are Dunkin’ Doughnuts on every corner. I’m sharing my delectable rendition of air fryer blueberry doughnuts with you today.

- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
Method:
- Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon in a large mixing basin.
- Transfer the milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter into the mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Add the fresh blueberries and fold.
- Blend well.
- Thoroughly coat the sides of your doughnut pans with olive oil, taking care to coat them completely.
- Pour the batter into the doughnut pans, filling them to approximately two thirds of the way.
- Place the pan inside the air fryer and cook it for ten to fifteen minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Insert a toothpick into the centre of a doughnut to test whether it comes out clean, and if it does, take it out of the air fryer.
- Allow to cool somewhat while preparing the frosting.
- After frosting the doughnuts, dish, serve, and savour!
- Pour the milk and powdered sugar into a small dish to make the glaze. Blend until well combined.
