Blueberry Doughnuts Air-Fried –Nothing beats a warm, freshly made doughnut for breakfast. Nevertheless, I’m from Boston, where there are Dunkin’ Doughnuts on every corner. I’m sharing my delectable rendition of air fryer blueberry doughnuts with you today.

  2. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  3. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. 1 large egg
  5. 1/3 cup milk
  6. 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  7. 2 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
  8. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  9. 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Icing:

  1. 1 cup powdered sugar
  2. 2-3 tablespoons milk

Method:

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon in a large mixing basin.
  2. Transfer the milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter into the mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
  3. Add the fresh blueberries and fold.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Thoroughly coat the sides of your doughnut pans with olive oil, taking care to coat them completely.
  6. Pour the batter into the doughnut pans, filling them to approximately two thirds of the way.
  7. Place the pan inside the air fryer and cook it for ten to fifteen minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Insert a toothpick into the centre of a doughnut to test whether it comes out clean, and if it does, take it out of the air fryer.
  9. Allow to cool somewhat while preparing the frosting.
  10. After frosting the doughnuts, dish, serve, and savour!
  11. Pour the milk and powdered sugar into a small dish to make the glaze. Blend until well combined.
