Air Fryer Cheesy Ranch Roasted Potatoes
Snack-sized Ranch Air Fryer A tasty and simple side dish that goes well with any dinner is roasted potatoes. Roasted till golden, these potatoes combine the traditional flavours of ranch sauce with cheesy cheddar and Parmesan cheese. These cheesy potatoes will be a success whether you serve them at a casual get-together or a family meal.
Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Set your air fryer’s temperature to 400°F (200°C). Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
- Get the potatoes ready: Toss the diced potatoes with the ranch dressing mix, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a big basin until well covered.
- Bake: Evenly spread out the potatoes on the baking sheet that has been ready. Roast, tossing occasionally, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
- Add Cheese: Top the potatoes with grated Parmesan and shredded cheddar cheese. Back in the air fryer, bake for a further five minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted.
- To serve, move the cheese ranch potatoes to a platter and, if like, top with finely chopped fresh parsley.
- Notes: Before serving, add some chopped bacon pieces for added flavour.
