Air Fryer Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- four chicken thighs with the skin still on, bone in (or breasts, drumsticks, or a combination of these)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- a half teaspoon of garlic powder
- a half teaspoon of onion powder
- – Half a teaspoon of salt
- 1.25 milligrammes of black pepper
- 1/4 milligramme of dried thyme
- 1/4 milligramme of dried oregano
- The spray for cooking
Details to follow:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
2. Put paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, some salt, some black pepper, some dried thyme, and some dried oregano into a small bowl and mix them together.
3. Using paper towels, the chicken should be patted dry. The chicken should be rubbed with olive oil, and then the spice mixture should be applied evenly to each piece of chicken.
4. Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray in a light coating to prevent food from sticking.
5. Arrange the chicken pieces that have been seasoned in a single layer within the basket of the air fryer, with the skin-side facing up. Make sure there is sufficient space between each piece to ensure enough airflow.
6. Cook the chicken between 25 and 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pieces, turning it over halfway during the cooking process, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) and the skin is golden and crispy.
7. After the chicken has been cooked, remove it from the air fryer with caution and allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving. Have fun!
