- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1 pound flank steak, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- First, cut your meat into thin slices on a large chopping board, going against the grain.
- To a big plastic bag, add all of your meat, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
