Air fryer mushrooms with garlic and herb topped with melted cheese.

Delicious and really fast and simple to prepare. The link contains the whole recipe.
Although black mushrooms are increasingly difficult to get in our location, they are still really tasty and I have substituted brown mushrooms.

Indulge in the rich, earthy flavor of mushrooms elevated to new heights in the air fryer! This recipe combines the tender texture of mushrooms with the pungency of garlic, the brightness of fresh herbs, and the creaminess of melted cheese. Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or snack, these air fryer mushrooms are sure to delight.

Tips:

1. Choose the right mushrooms: Button, cremini, or shiitake mushrooms work well in this recipe. Experiment with different varieties for unique flavors.
2. Don’t overcrowd: Cook mushrooms in batches if necessary, to ensure even cooking and prevent steaming.
3. Garlic and herbs: Mix minced garlic and chopped fresh herbs (like parsley, thyme, or rosemary) for added depth of flavor.
4. Cheese selection: Experiment with different cheeses, such as mozzarella, cheddar, or parmesan, for unique flavor profiles.
5. Cooking time: Adjust cooking time based on mushroom size and desired level of doneness.
6. Shake and stir: Halfway through cooking, shake the basket and stir mushrooms for even cooking.
7. Golden brown: Cook until mushrooms are tender and golden brown, with a crispy exterior
