Air Fryer Okra

Air Fryer Okra

Cooked in an air fryer, okra. You should make it a point to purchase a box of fresh okra the next time you go to the grocery store, especially if you have not previously encountered it. In all honesty, I made it because I was brought up in an Italian household and everyone kept asking me for a recipe for fried okra. I was also given the opportunity to make it. Because my family is from the north, my mother has never prepared okra, and this is the very first time that I have ever bought or prepared okra or fried it. But, to my surprise, it turned out to be a delectable snack for late-night consumption. I made a small quantity of it. Additionally, the air fryer does an excellent job of crisping everything up in a short amount of time.

  • step three. Spread the okra out in a single layer in the basket, and then generously spray it with cooking spray.
  • Okra should be cooked for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping it halfway through the cooking time and spraying it with additional cooking spray. Cooking should be done until it is golden brown and crispy.
  • Step four: Take the okra out of the basket and sprinkle it equally with the remaining half teaspoon of salt. Immediate serving with barbecue sauce is recommended.
