Air Fryer Pull Apart Cheese Garlic Bread
What’s in it
- 2 tablespoons butter or ghee (a healthier choice to butter) that hasn’t been salted
- 2. 5 cups of olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 shaker of Italian seasoning
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped up.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- One piece of sourdough bread
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shred You can also use cheese
- cubes, but I like shredded cheese better.
Tips and Advice
- In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for 15 to 30 seconds.
- It’s time to season the butter with salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, and parsley.
- Lay the bread out flat on the ground. Cut the bread crosswise, about two thirds of the way through, with a bread knife that has serrated edges.
- Do not cut all the way through the bread. Stay away from the bread’s ends, which are about an inch from the corners. To make small diamond forms, flip the bread over and cut it diagonally the other way.
- Fill the cracks and gaps in the bread with the garlic olive oil butter. I used a brush for cooking.
- After that, put some cheese in each crack. You can cut or cube the cheese. I like to use shredded cheese because it melts better. It’s easy to stuff the bread with cubed cheese.
- If you use chopped cheese, you can use a butter knife to stuff the cheese into the bread.
- Start the air fryer and put the bread in it. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
Cool down before you serve.
