- 1 pound fresh radishes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh herbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Thoroughly wash the radishes to get rid of any dirt. Cut off the roots and the tips.
- For more consistent cooking, you may chop giant radishes in half or quarters. If they are little, you may discard the whole one.
Make sure to coat the radishes well by tossing them with olive oil in a mixing basin. - When adding salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using), be sure to stir them well to ensure uniform seasoning. You may also add fresh herbs at this point if you’re using them.
- Although it’s not necessary for all models, heating up your air fryer beforehand might provide more reliable results. For approximately three minutes, preheat it to 375°F (190°C).
- To ensure enough air circulation, arrange the seasoned radishes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, taking care not to pack them too closely together.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 375°F (190°C). To guarantee consistent roasting, it’s a good idea to shake the basket or mix the radishes halfway through the cooking procedure.
- When done, the radishes should be fork-tender inside and golden brown on the exterior. You may cook them for a few more minutes if you’d like them crispier.
- After roasting until desired, move the radishes to a platter for presentation. If preferred, you may add more fresh herbs or a dash of sea salt as a garnish.
- Serve hot as an accompaniment.
