Best Sweet Treat in the Air Fryer

To make removal of the baked dish easier, line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and preheat your Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Beat 1¾ sticks butter and powdered sugar together in a mixing basin until frothy and light.
Add the flour and cocoa powder gradually and stir until completely blended.
After preparing the baking dish, uniformly press the mixture into it, and bake for fifteen minutes.
Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat with the sweetened condensed milk while the crust bakes. Once the liquid thickens, whisk continuously and add in the vanilla essence.
Cover the cooked crust with this mixture, then put the Air Fryer back on for a further 8 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely slice the nuts after briefly toasting them. Put aside.
Melt the caramel chips and heavy cream in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Mix the salt and roasted nuts into the caramel mixture.
After covering the bars with the nutty caramel coating, let them cool fully before slicing.
