Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rollups

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rollups

Being the person I am, I am constantly searching for classic recipes that I can adapt to make a quick dinner on a weeknight. Although my family enjoys traditional comfort foods, we become weary of eating the same thing over and over again, just like everyone else. I have to come up with new meals as the cook to keep from getting bored. I knew I had to fall in love with our beloved Chicken Alfredo just as much as I did with the lasagna roll-ups. You never know until you give it a try, so I was a little worried about whether it would work out as well.

Components

  1. Three cups shredded chicken and a tsp of garlic powder
  2. 1 tsp of Italian spice
  3. To taste, add salt and pepper.
  4. Three cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  5. Nine cooked noodles for lasagna

Guidelines

Initially,

  • Warm the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Arrange the cooked lasagna noodles onto a parchment paper-lined sheet.

Step Two:

  • Combine the chicken, one cup of mozzarella cheese, seasonings, and ⅓ cup of Alfredo sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  • Line a 9 x 13 baking sheet with 13 cup of Alfredo sauce.

Third Step:

  • Top each lasagna noodle with a small amount of the filling mixture.
  • Placing the seam side down in the baking pan, roll each noodle starting from the short end.

Step 4:

  • Place a small amount of the leftover filling mixture and mozzarella cheese on top of each bun.
  • Bake for thirty minutes.
  • Serve with freshly chopped parsley as a garnish.
  • Have fun!
