Guidelines
- Set the Oven’s Temperature to 350°F (175°C). Oil a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Using a whisk, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a big basin.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Beat together buttermilk, eggs, vanilla essence, and melted butter in a separate basin. Blend thoroughly by mixing.
- Mixture Combination: Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk just until incorporated. Avoid over-mixing.
- To prepare the cinnamon sugar, combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the topping.
- Layer and Swirl: Transfer half of the mixture into the loaf pan that has been ready. Over the batter, distribute half of the cinnamon sugar mixture. After adding the remaining batter, top with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Swirl: Gently stir the cinnamon sugar into the batter with a knife.
- In order to ensure that a toothpick placed into the center comes out clean, bake for approximately 50-60 minutes.
- Cool: After allowing the bread to cool in the pan for roughly ten minutes, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
