Crescents with Cream Cheese Sausage

Crescents with Cream Cheese Sausage

An concept for breakfast is presented here for those times in life when you are really busy or when you have a house full of guests staying the night. These were truly served to me at the residence of a friend on the morning of the day that she got married. The fact that these breakfast sandwiches only contained a few ingredients was so shocking to me that I could not believe it. Over the years, I have made these numerous times, and each time, my family and I take pleasure in eating them.

Components

  1.  sausage turkey, ground to a weight of one pound
  2. Eight fluid ounces of cream cheese
  3. To taste, season with salt and pepper
  4. crescent dough, two rolls in total

Details to follow

  • To begin, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large skillet, break the sausage and brown it until the meat is completely cooked through before serving. Use pepper and salt to season the food.
  • After the fat has been drained off of the sausage, the second step is to add the cream cheese to the sausage.
  • Stir the mixture until it melts, then take it off the fire.
  • A 9×13 baking pan should be lightly sprayed in the third step.
  • One can of crescent dough should be unrolled and placed at the bottom of the pan. If necessary, the dough should be stretched.
  • When you reach the fourth step, dollop the meat mixture on top of the crescent dough layer.
  • The other roll of crescent roll dough should be placed on top of the meat mixture then.
  • The fifth step is to bake the crescent roll dough for twenty minutes, or until it has a delicate golden brown colour.
  • Squares should be cut off.
  • Have fun!
