Egg Fritters from Cabbage
These quick and easy cabbage and egg fritters are a wholesome dish that can be enjoyed at any time of day. With just a few simple ingredients, these delicious fritters may be prepared fast. These fritters are perfect for a nutritious snack or light supper that will please the whole family.

Components:
- Half a cup of finely chopped shredded cabbage
- three ovum
- One onion, thinly sliced
- Chop the spring onions.
- Chop the parsley.
- Four tsp flour.

- Chop the cabbage to prepare it. Once half of the cabbage is finely shredded, place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Get the veggies chopped. Finely chop the onion, spring onions, and parsley. Place them in the basin with the cabbage.
- Crack three eggs into the flour-filled basin. Pour in 4 Tbsp of flour.
- Season: Use a half-teaspoon of each of the salt and black pepper. Stir everything thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly blended.
- Heat the frying oil in a big fry pan over medium heat.
