 Garlic Chicken Fried Rice

Parts and pieces:

  1. 2-cups of cooked rice, especially rice that is a day old
  2. 1 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  3. cloves of garlic, minced, four
  4. 2 eggs, both beaten
  5. Soy sauce, two tablespoons’ worth
  6. 2 teaspoons of oil-based vegetable
  7. To taste, including salt and pepper
