Ingredients
- 6 slices of premium mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of tender, cooked shredded or grilled chicken
- 1 tablespoon of rich, low-carb ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon of delicately sliced green onion
Guidelines:
- To make the filling, combine the ranch dressing, green onions, and shredded chicken in a mixing dish. Put aside so the flavors may combine.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Give your air fryer a three-minute warmup period at 350°F (175°C).
Get the cheese slices ready.
- Put a slice of mozzarella cheese on a silicone baking mat or piece of parchment paper that fits within the basket of your air fryer.
- The cheese slice should be cooked in the preheated air fryer for three to five minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. The temperature is 350°F/175°C.
- To assemble the roll-ups, take the cheese out of the air fryer and let it cool for a minute or so to make sure it’s still malleable but workable.
- The cheese slice should have the chicken ranch mixture evenly spread over one side.
- Roll up the cheese slice tightly, making sure that the seam side is down.
- Continue with the remaining chicken mixture and cheese pieces.
- To make the roll-ups crispy, reassemble them in the air fryer, seam side down. To guarantee consistent cooking, make sure they are not touching.
- Cook for a further three to five minutes, or until the roll-ups are crispy and golden brown, at 350°F/175°C.
- To serve, take the roll-ups out of the air fryer and allow them to cool a little.
- You may serve them whole as a main course or cut them into smaller pieces for appetizers.
Serve with more ranch dressing or your other dipping sauce, if desired.
